I am so excited to finally be able to show you Joy’s bridal portraits (wedding to come soon). We started off shooting at this gorgeous barn over at the North Carolina School for the Deaf in Morganton. It was breathtaking. We only had a few minutes to shoot since it started to rain, but the light was just perfect, and Joy is truly a natural in front of the camera so we got what we wanted quickly and seamlessly. Then we headed over to Joy’s old workplace; at the Morganton Federal Savings and Loan. At over 100 years old, it provided a gorgeous backdrop as well as some seriously sweet interiors for us to shoot in. Hello, Joy.

Heather is a classic, timeless beauty. It rained at the start of her bridal portraits, so we began our portraits inside the freezer at The Blossom Shop. Then the sun came out just in time for us to finish up her portraits at her parents’ beautiful home which apparently has an elevator. So of course we took advantage of that as well. Wedding photos to come soon, but for now, let’s revel in Heather’s allure.
