I woke up to a gorgeous, thick fog with beautiful morning sunlight peeking in and out of the clouds. Since our moving truck hasn’t come yet (cross my fingers I hope it’s tomorrow), we’ve been staying with a family friend around 50 minutes away from our new home. Since I didn’t have a camera in the car, I had to wait until I got home. As soon as I did, I parked the car in the driveway, told the kids to stay in the car, ran into our house & grabbed my Polaroid 330 & Mark II. I came back to the car, grabbed whoever was most stylishly dressed (Genevieve), and ran into the park behind our house. Treading through mud in my ballet flats (may as well have been barefoot), I placed Genevieve in front of a sun ray peeking through the trees and grabbed these two frames, one with my Polaroid and one with my Mark II, just as the fog drifted away for good.
