When Baby Kosta’s mommy & daddy contacted me to do his newborn pictures, they had told me he was 12 days old. By the time I showed up at their home to shoot, this little cutie pie was already 2 weeks old. Truth be told, I was a little bit worried about his age. I know it may not seem like much of a difference to many of y’all, but from my experience with photographing newborns, I’d had much more success at getting better shots when they were less than 7 days old, since they sleep more deeply during that period. BUT, boy did Baby Kosta prove me wrong! No matter where we put him or how we placed him, he just slept right through it all, non-complaining. A beautiful well-behaved newborn + gorgeous indoor lighting = these pictures. Mommy and daddy, I hope you like!
