Is this not the cutest family you’ve ever seen? They look straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. So this session is all about their little Jack and he is just the most handsome little boy. This session was special to me because although Jack was about 14 months old, there were many things he did that reminded me of my Oliver, who is 20 months. Here we go!

Seriously though he was the easiest and therefore most photogenic toddler I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with!

Okay I’m going to get a little sappy on this next one. When I pulled up this shot on my computer, I was taken aback (in a good way). Then after the initial shock of the first look, I got teary-eyed. Immediately all sorts of emotions & thoughts flowed through me. They just look so -happy. And then I was reminded of how happy I am with my own family. And how I wish that I had a picture like this of us. So that whenever things got rocky in life, all I would have to do is look at this picture and think of how happy we were.

To Jack & his mommy & daddy: I just feel compelled to say this. If you’re ever unsure, just look at this picture and remember how happy you were in this moment. You can always be this happy. You just have to choose to be it!
